大家好/Kia ora!

大家好！我叫海儿！我爱人，地方，动物，语言，滑板，旅行，还有一只特别的蜜蜂！这个学期我去奥克兰学语言学，毛利语，还有古老汉语。我正在开始这个网志因为我很想告诉你们我在新西兰做什么，去哪里，吃什么(inshallah是吃素的!)，等等。希望会有意思！但是我的另一个原因是因为我还是要吧我的中文、爱尔兰语、意大利语水平保持！所以对不起朋友们，我会吧这个博客变成语言沙盒！=) 

现在我还在晴晴朗朗的佛洲，跟家庭玩。我不是跟他们看妈李太丽莫(Mary Tyler Moore)就是睡觉－我感到非常高兴！还有一个多月到去新西兰，我觉得很精彩！飞票买好了，签证也办好了，所以现在我可以放心。因此我会早一点看毛利语！这是我下面的安排。我一开始，就告诉你们怎么样！好的朋友们，到下次！

Hey everybody! I'm Hai’er (Morgan)! I love people, places, animals, languages, skateboarding, travelling, and one very special bee. This semester I’m going to Auckland to study linguistics, Māori, and Classical Chinese. I’m starting this blog so that when I’m in New Zealand, I can keep you guys updated on what I’m doing, where I’m going, what I’m eating (hopefully veggies!), etc. Hopefully it’ll be interesting! But my other reason for starting this blog is I really wanna keep my Chinese, Irish, and Italian up! So I’m also planning on turning this into a language sandbox! =)

Right now I’m still in sunny-sunny-de Florida, hanging out with my family. If I’m not watching Mary Tyler Moore with them, I’m jiùshi sleeping - it feels great. There’s still more than a month before I head out to Aotearoa (=New Zealand in Māori), and I’m really excited! Got the plane ticket and my visa, so now I can just relax. That also means I can get a head start on looking at some Māori! That’ll be my next project - as soon as I start I’ll write some about it up here! ‘Til next time... Cheers!!
